Tamara "Tammy" Rentz (Wright)

Tamara “Tammy” Rentz (Wright) was a loving wife, devoted mother, proud grandmother, caring daughter, and beloved sister whose life was rooted in love, strength, and loyalty. Born on March 7, 1976, Tammy lived a life defined by compassion, resilience, and an unwavering commitment to her family. She passed away on January 21, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of love that will never fade.

Tammy had a heart for people. She was always there when someone needed a listening ear, a place to turn, a word of encouragement, or a prayer. Her warmth made others feel safe, and her presence brought comfort and peace. Family meant everything to Tammy, and she poured her love wholeheartedly into those she cherished most.

Tammy was preceded in death by her mother, Jacquelyn Wright-Rollins (Cooper), and her sister, Jawanna Moore-Claridy.

She leaves to cherish her beautiful memory her husband, Lamark Rentz; her son, Christopher Henderson; Daughter in-love Lyndsey Davis; her father, Ellis Wright; her siblings, Miriam Scippio (Michael Scippio), Terri Wright, Oja Rollins, Omar Lowe, Okisha Lowe and Sirr Talbott; and her six grandchildren, who were the absolute joy of her life. She is also remembered fondly by a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members, and dear friends who were blessed to know her.

Though our hearts are heavy, we find peace in knowing that Tammy has been called home to rest in the loving arms of the Lord. Her spirit lives on through God’s promise of eternal life, and her love remains forever etched in our hearts. We rejoice in knowing that we will see her again, and until that day, we will carry her memory with us always.
